John Adams life began and ended in Massachusettes.

Before and after John Adams presidancy, he lived in Massachusettes.  He was the first to live in the whitehouse.  They moved in when the paint was still wet.He and his wife ,Abigail, had 6 children. One was stillborn, and one only lived 2 years.  Charles Adams only lived to be 30.  He died right before  his dad  had started to run for his second term. Although he lost, his oldest son ,John Quincy Adams, got elected as the 6th president. So after he lost to Jefferson, they moved back home to Quincy, Massachusettes.  Though he did not live on a farm anymore, he stayed there until he died.
